Westbury Street Holdings (WSH) was founded in 2000 and has grown to be one of the leading hospitality and catering groups in the UK with brands such as BaxterStorey, Portico, Holroyd Howe, Benugo and Searcys.
Operating in the catering and hospitality sector is very challenging for an IT function with the need to support many remote locations that are constantly changing. For WSH, they have the added complexity of providing infrastructure for multiple brands and supporting operations that reside in client offices, transport hubs, shopping centres and temporary event locations.
NAK’s DOTS approach played an important part in architecting the right solution for WSH. The project started with a comprehensive Discovery process that looked to define the current environment, identify the desired outcomes, and architect a solution that could deliver these.
